Third Annual Spin-A-Thon, May 3rd
On Saturday, May 3, 9 am-9 pm, Gold's Gym Treasure Valley will host their 3rd Annual Spin-a-Thon, with part of the proceeds to benefit Humphreys Diabetes Center. Gold's Gym will provide 80+ spin bikes for participants, asking each individual spinner to provide a $25 donation per hour on the bikes.
As an incentive to help promote exercise and healthy lifestyle to HDC patients, Gold's Gym is offering two 6-month memberships and four sessions with a personal trainer to the top two HDC patients who raise the most money.
In addition, all enrollment fees from any business or organization that joins Gold's Gym during the month of May will be donated to the Spin-a-Thon fundraiser.
