Humphreys Diabetes Center seeks an RN and RD interested in mentoring with seasoned Diabetes Educators to acquire skills to become a Certified Diabetes Educator.

Positions include:
Assessment, education & evaluation of patients with prediabetes/diabetes to address individual needs and behavior change strategies. Work with our team in a nationally recognized program to provide individual/group education in diabetes self-management, gestational diabetes, pump education, basic/intensive insulin management. Participate in program development, assessment, evaluation and CQI.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills; Requires a person with compassionate, caring, patient-centered philosophy.

Salary dependent on experience; includes full benefit package
Bilingual skills a plus
